I am confused as to where to wire the GPIO Connections go back to...  I see the instructions:
The GPIO connection shown in yellow in Figure 3 are connected on the under side of the board using jumper wire.

But do I wire those back to the top side of the 26 pin connector? Or to the second set of holes as shown in the image circled in blue??

Just confused where they go back to. Anyone have a photo of the backside of their completed board?

Firstly figure out which GPIO pins you want to connect to each of the 12 terminal blocks.

The pads you have circled in the above diagram are connected (in vertical pairs) through the PCB to the various GPIO pins of the GPIO header blocks. You use these pads to connect your terminal blocks to the GPIO header pins.

For example let's say you wanted to connect one of the terminal blocks to GPIO 4. Look for GP4 on the board - it's the 7th pair down from the left. Then connect the GPIO (shown in figure 3) to either of the two pads labelled GP4.

Get one terminal block working before you go on to the rest. So if you make a mistake you don't need to do 12 repairs!

Ok So I built 1 section of the 12 on the board...

I am still a bit confused, I connected the GPIO line on the board to the hole labelled G17 on the Humble Pi.  When I setup the software for port 17 I was not able to get any alarms to indicate.
My Humble Pi is labelled different than your instructions.
Left to right...
SDA, SDL, G17, G18, G27, G22, G23, G24, G25, G04, MOSI, MISO, SCLK, SPI0, SPI

Would this make a difference in your software, or how I address this in your software?

Nevermind, It's working.. I was not paying attention to the fact that G17 = Pin11 in the website software.

I got it all now. Thanks!!
