I have made serval updates to the rf_tools;

-- Updated rflib.py to handle the smart Temp-Pressure and Temp-Pressure=Humidity Sensors under python3

-- Updated serial_mon.py to handle and provide details on data failures.

The github site has been updated with the latest code.

Update the RPI_apps

-- Updated alarmfunctionsr.py to improve performance

-- Updated dallas.py to trap and catch bad serial sensor reads and try to continue.

The privateeyepi.com downloads have been updated with the latest code.
