A post-presidency interview with Nixon surfaced on my YT feed
yesterday. He was a crook and a racist. But man, watching him again
now you're reminded that he was both highly intelligent and a patriot.
Policy issues aside, he was as far above Trump on the human being
scale as Mt. Everest is above a flea. He was many things, but he was
not a sociopathic monster like Trump. What a thought. -L
