Hey All,
In case you are interested and have time, I've been asked to sub two classes tonight in Livingston, NJ at Exhale Yoga (http://www.exhaleyogastudionj.com). If you would like to come out, see the website for directions - you can sign up at the door.
6:30pm - Open Level Vinyasa
8:00pm - Gentle/Restorative
