Hey Folks,
Just a quick reminder that there is no class tonight. I was in at an Expo all afternoon giving away free 5 minute Thai Yoga sessions - needless to say It was exhausting, but lots of fun.
The next class is this coming Thursday night at 7pm. Hope to see you there!
