She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification from Laughing Lotus in New York and has studied with various healers, high priestesses, Tantrikas and mystics across the United States. Her mysticism and spiritual practice weave together eastern and western approaches to yoga, energy, and spirituality. Her classes incorporate Goddess spirituality, poetry, humor, sexiness and flow. She believes Naked Yoga is a powerful healing tool and is blessed to be sharing this ultimate expression of freedom.
