A Consultation Group of NGOs for penal reform – an outcome of the Roundtable on Community Participation in Prisons held on 25th March, 2008 by Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative in New Delhi. A platform for the civil society to share experiences – ranging from micro to macro level interventions.
