Installing PRISMS-PF on great lakes

Hi everyone,

I'm currently transitioning to the great lakes cluster at U Mich. Is there a good set of installation guide on dealii/PRISMS-PF that is optimized for that?

The attached instructions should work for deal.II version 9.4. They may work for 9.5 as well, the latest version for which PRISMS-PF is compatible, but I have not tested it yet. If you are only planning to use PRISMS-PF (not PRISMS-Plasticity). You will not need to install LAPACK, (step 3) and the only dependencies you need (step 5a) are dealii and p4est.

The deal.II installation may take a while (several hours) and sometimes it produces errors due to updates to modules. But once it works, installing PRISMS-PF is straightforward.
