Install issue of PRISMS-PF in docker

Dear PRISMS-PF，

       I am a learner of PRISM-PF from china. I recently installed Docker from the official website and then installed PRISMS-PF in MacOS (apple M4. version 15.5). After the Docker environment(prismspf/prismspf) was configured, I entered the "application" folder and performed the CMake compilation. However, the compilation failed and the error message was as follows.

      I hope you can help me figure out what caused this. If any additional information is needed, please feel free to reply at any time.
      I would be very grateful.

What version of PRISMS-PF and the docker image are you using?

Additionally, what command are you using to run the docker instance?

Hi heyu,

It looks like the docker image from the latest tag doesn't have the cmake macros that we added in v2.4.2 (Thanks for catching that!). I can add an updated tag later today.

In the meantime, when linking with the docker image use:
“docker run -ti -v ~/DockerWorkspace/phaseField:/home/dealii/phaseField prismspf/prismspf:latest”

Then recompile the core library with cmake and make.
