PRISMS-PF Docker Image Update

Hello everyone,

We have updated the PRISMS-PF Docker image to use the latest version of PRISMS-PF, which is compatible with version 9.6.0 of deal.II. 

The instructions for the Docker installation and container launch have not changed. They can be found here:
