Hello Sir,
I had doubt regarding how to generate Maximum tension and maximum compression data for FIP calculation. I tried to run CPFEM simulation using PRISMS plasticity, by copying the three .cc files from Fatigue folder into plasticity folder, but it is not generating required files for FIP calculation. Can you please help me with this?

Thank You!

Hello  Shatayu.

I am not an expert here but I can help you with this, as I have also tried to figure this out previously.

From PRISMS plasticity, the 'Quadrature output' files you get are the maximum tension and compression files you see being used in PRISMS fatigue. They have just been renamed to make it easy for PRISMS fatigue to read them and compute variables such as the FIP.

Hi Samuel,

That is exactly correct. The .csv files are not named "Maximum Tension" or anything like that by default. The user needs to keep track at what point in the simulation the files should be written, based on the increment number.

Best regards,
Kris
