"Export Strategy" does. not work for both GUI and command line

I cannot export strategy for some of my larger CSG models, although model checking works well. I tried both export strategy from GUI and -exportstrat from the command line.
When is "export strategy" not supported? Is it related to the size of the models or some other issues? (I'm using the latest version of PRISM-games.)
