How would you compare schema to clojure.spec, now that clojure 1.9 is on its way out?

I have not personally had a chance to try out spec yet.  Spec and schema make some different decisions, but largely aim to solve the same problems.  Given that spec is a part of Clojure, I imagine that is the direction the community will head.  That said, we plan to keep supporting schema so long as it continues to see significant usage.
