I know you have been waiting for this for some time. It is still not
done, but I wanted to give you what I have since I have just been
really busy. Please let me know if you have any issues with anything
or have any problems with anything. If you have modified any of these
reports on your own, please be careful using the new versions. Many
of the reports are still not using the new ability to change the
reports looks from the tables, but they are slowly migrating that
way. Please follow the "ReportDocumentation.doc" document on the
order in which to execute the items.

This can be found at the following location:

20120608_PRISMReports.zip

If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please note that our partners in New Mexico found some issues with my
update (can you imagine me....make a mistake.....ha, ha). Anyway, I
have corrected the two issues he found and updated the FTP site with
this new version. The query in question was PrismReportTables.sql.
There was an extra 'USE [STDPrism]' in the middle of the script and I
deleted it. There was also a field that you do not have yet that was
referenced around line #2451. The line was as follows:

, [InitialTreatmentProviderPublicIndicator] = frtProv.IN_Public

It should have been
, [InitialTreatmentProviderPublicIndicator] = NULL

Please let me know if anyone else has any problems.
