PRISM Back End Fixes Document

I have been working on a document to aid users on how to fix certain things from the back end.  This document is a work in progress and will be modified often.  I will try to post on the Google Group when I have new changes.  Many of the states already have a copy of this document.  I have just added a few new items, and therefore, you may want to download the newest version.  You can find this at the following location:

The name of the document is PRISMHowToFixThingsInTheBackEnd.zip.  There is only one Word document in the file once it is unzipped.
