PRISM FTP Site Updates

I know I have been promising this for some time, but I am almost
done. I have some new tools that are helping me in completing this
task at a much faster pace.

I hope you will take the time to go and look at the FTP site (ftp://
ftppub.doh.state.fl.us/pub/bstd). I have made considerable
improvements to it, I hope. I tried to organize the files into
folders for better understanding.

There is a folder now called "PRISM Releases." This folder will
contain the release information as I complete it. This will include
both the application and database information for each release.
Please review the "20100903-Release" folder. The following explains
the files within this folder:

PrismApplication20100917.zip - These are all the application files
related to the 20100903 release.

PrismDatabase20100903.zip - This is to create the database from
scratch. Follow all instructions at the top of the sql.

Release 20090423 to 20100903 - Database Description of Changes.zip -
Word document listing the changes to the database.

Release 20090423 to 20100903 - Database Description of Code
Changes.zip - Excel spreadsheet showing the new or changed codes.
These will be updated or added in the "Release 20090423 to 20100903 -
Database Modifications.sql" script. This is just for reference.

Release 20090423 to 20100903 - Database Modifications.zip - Sql script
to make the necessary changes to the database. Please read all
instructions at the top of the script before running.

Release 20090423 to 20100917 - Application Difference Reports.zip -
This contains text documents explaining the differences between the
prior release and the 20100917 one in the application code. There is
a separate document for each file in the application code. Review
each document even if many only have formatting changes. If you have
not made changes to the code, you can just replace the file with the
new one.

I am working on these same documents for the 20100903 release
migrating to the 20110422 release. I am almost complete with them and
should have them out soon.

Please note that each release is built upon the last release. Do not
try to install one release /update without installing the prior
release / update. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact me.

I still need to work on the document as to what was in the release,
but it will be coming soon.

I just added one more file to the "20100903-Release" folder.

"Release 20090423 to 20100903 - User Perspective Listing of
Changes.zip" - Excel spreadsheet listing the changes implemented in
this release that we used when informing the users of the changes.
