States who use HARS who would be willing to help NH?

I'm working with NH to setup their PRISM, they are interested in installing the HARS feed and are there any states who would be a 'mentor' to NH with this item?  I'm asking on behalf of Heather Barto, MS
Emergency Preparedness Surveillance Program Manager for NH.
