Help with old treatment codes

Hello,

Does anyone have any information on old STD treatment codes that were identified as a numerical value?  We are current converting from STDMIS 4.1c to PRISM and have identified over 2,000 treatments that are listed only as numbers. This goes back to the late 80's and early 90's and the treatments are listed as 1 and 13, or 13 and 37.  I'm pretty sure that 5 is bicillin, but don't know the dosage at that time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
