Okay, I know you have been waiting on pins and needles, and it is
finally here. I know the deadline is next week, but I am sure that
CDC will be forgiving since they do not even have their version of the
xml ready for STD*MIS.

You can find the information you need on the ftp site as follows:

ftp://ftppub.doh.state.fl.us/pub/bstd/PRISM Releases\20120307-
HIVPartnerServicesItems

In this folder, you will find a file called
HIVPartnerServicesCreation.zip.

When you unzip this file, open up the
HIVPartnerServicesFromPRISMDocumentation.doc. If you do not have
Microsoft Word, please give me a call and I will put it in a text file
for you.

This will give you everything you ever wanted to know about PRISM's
HIV Partner Services xml extraction.

I wrote this late, and none of the scripts have been tested.
SOOOOOOOO, whoever goes first, please let me know of any issues you
may have so that I can fix it for everyone else.

Each of the scripts has many notes at the top. Please read these
before running the script. This is VERY important, as you have to
change a lot of the information in the scripts as well as be aware of
what is happening in the scripts BEFORE you run them.

I have included copies of the PRISM report tables in case the ones you
have are old. If you have not upgraded to the most recent release,
you may be missing some fields that are used in these tables. Let me
know what you come up against.

I am so sorry this is so late in coming, but I hope you will be
pleased with the results. The xml file created looks great, and I
think you will be happy with the results.

I have had a sample of this xml file approved by CDC, so you should
not have any problems.

If you need me, you know you can reach me at
Mary_...@doh.state.fl.us or at (850) 245-4603.

I did want to let everyone know that I felt bad that I did not test
this. Therefore, I made a copy of the 20110422 Release and applied
the scripts to this. Here is what I found out:

CodesInsert.sql
- This will fail since all the items already exist. I am just never
sure who is on what release. Just make sure that the CD_Value of the
three rows is correct for your state.

CodesUpdate.sql
- This ran fine without any errors. I did mention that you should
check each CD_Type listed to make sure that all rows have a CD_HIVPS
value. I have found that there are some exceptions:
- ContactType - CD_HIVPS should be NULL for AR1, AR2, and AR3.
These are not sent using partner services.
- Gender - I missed setting 'U' to 77. I have updated the script to
do so.
- ProviderType - Two of these (05 and 09) will be NULL due to the
fact that they are expired and no longer used.
- Race - I missed setting 'O' to 99. I have updated the script to
do so.

SystemParameter.sql
- This ran fine without any errors.

ReportTables.sql
- This had a problem with the elr (I forgot to use the elr that
comes with your system). I fixed the script.
- Corrected an issue where IN_Public was being used. You do not
have this field yet.
- Corrected drop order of Special Use Reporting Tables

fn_GetHIVPSForCode.sql
- This will fail since it already exists. I changed the script to
be an ALTER to make sure you have the right version. If it cannot
find this, change to CREATE.

usp_BatchPartnerServicesXML.sql
- This ran fine without any errors.

I could not test the other scripts. I just do not have any data in my
dummy database. Let me know if you run into anything.

Have a great day.

You know that I can never do everything right. So, Mark Eberling in
Colorado, thank you so much for being my helper in this fact!

If anyone has already downloaded the xml items out there, please
download it again. I only changed one file, but is the most important
one of all.

The usp_BatchPartnerServicesXML.sql file has changed. Please change
it to an ALTER if you have already run it and run it again.

The file names were not getting picked up.

Hope everyone is doing well. If there are any questions, please do
not hesitate to ask.

Mary
