Okay, I know you have been waiting on pins and needles, and it is
finally here. I know the deadline is next week, but I am sure that
CDC will be forgiving since they do not even have their version of the
xml ready for STD*MIS.
You can find the information you need on the ftp site as follows:
ftp://ftppub.doh.state.fl.us/pub/bstd/PRISM Releases\20120307-
HIVPartnerServicesItems
In this folder, you will find a file called
HIVPartnerServicesCreation.zip.
When you unzip this file, open up the
HIVPartnerServicesFromPRISMDocumentation.doc. If you do not have
Microsoft Word, please give me a call and I will put it in a text file
for you.
This will give you everything you ever wanted to know about PRISM's
HIV Partner Services xml extraction.
I wrote this late, and none of the scripts have been tested.
SOOOOOOOO, whoever goes first, please let me know of any issues you
may have so that I can fix it for everyone else.
Each of the scripts has many notes at the top. Please read these
before running the script. This is VERY important, as you have to
change a lot of the information in the scripts as well as be aware of
what is happening in the scripts BEFORE you run them.
I have included copies of the PRISM report tables in case the ones you
have are old. If you have not upgraded to the most recent release,
you may be missing some fields that are used in these tables. Let me
know what you come up against.
I am so sorry this is so late in coming, but I hope you will be
pleased with the results. The xml file created looks great, and I
think you will be happy with the results.
I have had a sample of this xml file approved by CDC, so you should
not have any problems.
