PRISM 20110422 Release - Missing Update

Thank you to our partners in New Mexico for finding an issue with the
20110422 release. If you have applied this release, please run the
following update.

USE STDPrism;
GO

UPDATE [Prism].[Interview] SET CD_HIVStatus = 'P' WHERE CD_HIVStatus =
'S';
GO

This was left out of the script when it was created. I have updated
the script, but am unable to publish it out to the FTP site right
now. I will try to get the updated version out later today if our IT
department fixes the issue where I cannot write to the FTP site.
