Hopefully everyone is doing well. I have made a slight correction to
the NETSS process to fix an issue that has been haunting me for a
while. You can find the fix on the ftp site at the following
location:
ftp://ftppub.doh.state.fl.us/pub/bstd/PRISM Releases/20120329-NETSS
Fix
There are just the two stored procedures here and you should not need
to change anything.
Please let me know if anyone has any problems.

I did have a question from one state about what release you could put
this on. Please only put this on releases 20100903 and after. It
will not work with releases prior to that.
