Highlighter should follow you down the page

Its kind of annoying to have to scroll up and down all the time to change highlighter,

Matey add an option to lock them and unlock them 

Locking them would make them remain in the top left corner where they are now and unlocking it would allow for them so follow down the page a you scroll along.
