Printing out loads of pages that are the same?

Hello,
two weeks in a row now we have come too work with the printer going
out of paper because the system have printed out a cover sheet in 250
copies.
it says:
Attention to: Printer Owner(id 389587)
Printer: KB_PRINTER
Sender: (ID:389619)
Document: c:\Documnets and settings.......getjobid=24380[1}.pdf
Pages: 8(including cover)
Date: Thursday,November 26, 2009 01:56:23 PM
Now is there anyway we can stop this from printing out?
It is the exact same page refering to the exact same pdf all the time.

This is exactly why we have Premium Subscribtion (http://
