PrinterShare won't print 2 pages from MS Access

Hi,

I was able to print from MS Access to Printershare till I had to
upgrade to PrinterShare Vesion 2009. After the upgrade, I cannot
print two pages any more, but one page still prints. I wrote to
PrinterShare and they have confirmed the problem. However, three
weeks have passed and I don't get any update from them. I wonder if
anyone can give me some help here. Thank you.
