I have a print job with status error that will not go from the
activity log. Also, Each time the printshare console starts a blank
page is printed.
user ID 590046
Printer: hp cp1515n
operating system: home premium.
How can I get rid of the error job as life has moved on? Will this
prevent the blank pages printing on console start-up?
Thanks

You can Reset the error job, then Reject it.

As for blank pages. There supposed to be a banner page before your
print job, but there are reports that on Vista it might print as blank
page. If that's the case, we're still looking into it.

When I click on the error job the reject button is inactive? I just keep going around in circle.
Click reset
Blank page prints - "print page operation failed" notification
Reject button is inactive.
Please help.
Also, is there a way of stopping the banner page?
Thanks
Richard

If your job starts to print immediately after reset, then you selected
"Print immediately" in sharing settings. You can temporarily reset it
to "ask for permission" to deal with the job, then set back.

As for banner page, see http://www.printershare.com/about-subscription.sdf
