We're still baffled on the Mac side, but we just ran into another
issue from the PC PrinterShare side.

Just yesterday all our PrinterShare clients (folks we send prints to)
started getting their prints from us in black and white. None of our
clients have changed any settings, and we checked everything we could
think of to see if our settings were wrong.

We're printing from Microsoft Word, and all the "print in color" boxes
appear to be correct. Is there something we're missing? A place we
can check on our side that may be forcing all these print jobs to be
sent in black and white and not color??

Thanks for the help.

If it happened just yesterday, then that should be something in
settings, because there were no changes in system for a while. Check
both global and application's printing preferences on sending side
( http://www.printershare.com/help/printer-setup.html ). On receiving
side, open Advanced Print (double-click the job in job list) and check
that it is not Monochrome. Then check your physical printer settings.

We did some troubleshooting, and it appears this black and white issue
is only happening with Microsoft Word. We can send PDF files and
other files and they print in color, but not Microsoft Word. We even
tried with several different computers. Weird. Any suggestions? We
can print from Word in color to our local printers, just not through
PrinterShare.

Well, I checked right now, Word prints with color for me. But, Word is
known as (way too) smart application when it comes to print settings.
So most likely you have something wrong in Word page setup.
