Canon S-500 Service manual

Does anyone have or know where I can download a service manual for the
Canon S-500?
When trying to clean dust out of the ink-pad area some flat plastic
parts loosened and I don't know where to put them.

Or for another Canon printer with a similar mehcanism?

You might try www.manualsparadise.com.

Beyond that, a google search for "Canon (model) service manual" turned
up quite a few links. One of them is bound to have what you're
looking for. :)

Yes, but they all charge quite a bit, and I was hoping for such a
trivial issue that I'd come across someone who had a diagram of just
that page :-)
