Your students were amazing!!Now, let's talk about next steps:March 13-16th - Student Synthesis - This is where we have a small group of students who are going to identify trends in the data and create a survey which each school will share with their schools/communities.
Does this make sense? Feel free to drop me a line if you need for clarity. I'll send the link to the survey on Monday. Our goal is that it will be completed by at least 1000 students!!March 16-18th - Student Work Validation and feedback - This is where schools take the surveys and share them with their student body, validating and providing feedback on the work accomplished through the Virtual Town Hall. A link will be sent with instructions on the 16th.
March 21 & 22 - Writers Retreat - We come together, via WebEx, and synthesize all the ideas and research into a comprehensive paper. Basically, it starts on Saturday and runs all day long and on Sunday until lunch. More details early next week.
Post March 21 - The paper is sent to a publishing house in Toronto, who then edits and publishes it in the form of a document like this. See link. It takes about a month before it is published.

Just to make sure all the parts are in place for Wednesday? My proposed time would be 1:00 Mountain/3:00 Eastern. As I have not heard a response, I can only assume that you are all feeling good to go? I will only host the dress rehearsal if there is a desire to participate.TerryTerry GodwaldtDirector of ProgrammingThe Centre for Global EducationEdmonton, CanadaOn Mon, Mar 2, 2015 at 8:35 AM, Terry Godwaldt <terry.g...@epsb.ca> wrote:Dear All,As we draw near to the virtual town hall next week, there are a few details we should clarify. This week's meeting:1) Link for WebEx: https://cmr-us.webex.com/cmr-us/j.php?MTID=m9c729bb7bb589ec91f4dcfeac139ccba2) Please make sure your students have their blogs up by the end of the day today.
