Principia Solar Car concluded their week-long outback adventure by checking into Hidden Valley Raceway this morning and unloading Ra X into the pits. We're grateful we experienced two trips up the track with rental cars and the truck carrying Ra X, but we're very grateful to be back in the city as well.
Our main goals over the coming days are to prepare for the landing of the main team on Sunday and to complete Ra X's solar array to test the vehicle all together for the first time. Preparing for the main team is mostly organization of our support equipment so that the team can hop in and not have to ask "Hey, where's the thing?" every 18 seconds. We are also currently attaching and wiring the solar modules to Ra X's upper body with great care as not to bend, crack, or strain the modules. With only three team members in Australia we are working hard to meet and exceed our goals. Thank you for your constant support of the team and we look forward to sharing more of our adventure!
