Saturday's Activity periods

HODs/Asst HODs

We had introduced 2 activity periods on Saturday's, few weeks back.

I see very high level plan of Heritage and Eco club.

What are the plans of language clubs ? where these periods utilized?

Note, I don't want to hear reasons like,  "we had not planned" or "we had time shortage".

Principals, when this will be planned ?

Saturday's activity periods are meant for Exhibition and Annual Day practice. 

Going forward ensure that this time is not used for other activities.

We have planned and as the conversation and story writing and story telling competitions are approaching, time being we are giving practice
for it from Grade 5 to 7 and shortly we are going to start with the exhibition work.
