Madam Vijaya,

In the back drop of the incident what happened today and the way it was handled by you.

I have been repeatedly stressing that, it is better from "your point of view" and "the Institution point of view"  that you mend your ways of functioning. But I have not seen any improvement towards it. 

It is high time you you realize the reality

• Though you are working as HM from past so many years, you have not learnt how to handle staff. You don't look into issues to resolve them, but shout at them and suppress the issues. 
  
• The reality is, there is not even a single staff who likes the way you function.

• I have not heard from a single parent any thing positive about you. They all talk ill or laugh at you.
• They hesitate to talk openly just because, they are afraid that their children will be targeted..
• I have given the feedback of staff and parents. My personal feedback is:
• You are always negative. That's the reason I don't discuss any new ideas with you or in fact any issues with you
• You are the last person to adopt any change. Be it methods, process, approach or technology.

You cannot act like a Boss or Dictator at the Institution. Just to remind you that, you are also a staff at a higher position.

I have repeatedly mailed you regarding this and hope you have realized by now that you are only the "In charge of 3 to 7 Std".

You are not liked by staff, parents, students or your higher ups. Hope you don't test my patience further.

PS : I am copying others also. The reason is, you should also realize how others feel when they are insulted in from of their colleagues.

I got really insulted in front of all my colleagues and children. Sir this is not a simple thing for me. I took it as a serious matter as i had to see some one laughing at me when HM MADAM had scolded at me very badly in front of everyone. As everyone left the children at 11.55,  i left the children at 11.55. She came and scolded me unnecessarily. I just hate coming to school. i have worked with three principals last three years. They have never insulted me in front of my colleagues and children. Sir to be open,i don't want to work in a school where teachers reveal the exam questions to the students while doing the revision. That is a way of spoiling the children. I put that into notice of my HOD. I don't know whether this message has come to you or not. Any way i would never like to come back to the school except to get my certificate. Please don't force me. This is the matter of my self respect, my colleagues respect and my kid's respect towards me.
