Dear Sir/Madam,

As directed by the Competent Authority, it is to inform you that only two categories as given below are eligible for availing International Travel under the Project, TEQIP-II:

(I). Presentation of papers limited to:

(a) Plenary session

(b). Invited lecture

(ii). Research collaboration only if there is a Joint Research Project.

All 191 Project institutions are requested to follow the above along with proper procedure for approval as given in International Travel Guidelines.

Further, no post-facto approval will be granted to any Project institute for undertaking any international visit. Henceforth you are kindly requested to send the proposals well in advance belonging to above two categories only.
