All Camp Directors, Assistant Directors and any PU Coaches/ATCs participating in a camp must submit a background check annually.

- Read the Disclosure and Authorization to Obtain Consumer Reports for Employment/Volunteer Purposes
- Enter princeton as the password and click the “I Agree >>” button
- Enter the required Personal Information, click the “Next >>” button
- Review for accuracy and and click “Complete”

The entire application process must be completed online. This includes the submission of background checks. Please direct your prospective employees to

There, they will find position descriptions, job application, background check release, as well as information on what they need to bring with them if they are hired. I would also encourage you to review this information to become familiar with the process.
If a prospective employee has any questions, please feel free to direct them to me.
If you are hiring international employees, they must complete the online application and then contact me for a background check release. Please keep in mind that international background checks have a higher cost and longer
processing times.
All prospective employees need to submit the application and background; including Princeton University Students, Staff and Faculty.
No offer of employment should be made until applicants have submitted their application and successfully passed their background check.
