Position: Business Process Analyst
Location: Coral Gables, FL - (Must be Local - F2F Interview)
Type: Contract; six (6) months, initially

 

Must have:
Very strong workflow, flow chart and process experience (these are the most important).
Understanding of data as it’s reported from system.
Workflow of process or systems
Strong documentation skills, must be able to take good minutes in meetings
Some little PM skills is highly preferred
Exceptional communication skills; assertive; sharp; good listener; thick-skin
Will be working with business side, must have a smooth demeanor with good soft skills, but a thick skin to work with difficult personalities. Experience in mortgage not necessary, just a plus.
Looking for a good listener, very methodical.
 
******It would be great if we can submit with sample flow charts.

 

Their methodology is more so Waterfall than anything, they aren’t doing a lot of software development.
