Position : Salesforce Engineer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 3 month's contract + Right to Hire

 

W2 ONLY !! No C2C !!

 

The Salesforce Systems Engineer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on prototyping and designing lead management solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. They will take a lead role in the analysis and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset.
 
The position will entail the following duties and responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce
Serve as a development team technical guide for Salesforce projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, triggers and assignment rules)
Design and prototype solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Lightening
Compose and Execute Unit Tests
Liaise with their peers and business partners in developing solutions through Salesforce
Ad hoc analysis and report design
Understand and utilize software development design best practices.
 
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications and attributes:
4+ years' of experience working with Salesforce in a development or admin role
One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer or admin
Solid knowledge of SOQL
Proficient in writing readable code and building working prototypes
Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Strong workload manager, capable of juggling multiple projects involving various end users, meet deadlines and proactively communicate status updates
 
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce DX
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Connect or similar data sharing solutions.
