Oh yes indeed! They have a much thinner skin than a russet potato. The skin on a Yukon Gold is similar to that of a red potato, much softer with a less earthy taste than a russet has, and that makes them perfect for leaving the skins on.
Yukon Gold Potatoes- You may also see them called yellow or gold potatoes, so anything labeled as such will work in this recipe. This is one of my favorite things to buy at the Farmers Market.
Cream Cheese- This is what really pushes this recipe over the top! It adds acidic tang and creaminess like nothing else can. Full fat cream cheese is best in this recipe rather than low fat because it will melt into the potatoes better than the low fat version.

Yukon gold are my favorite potatoes. They are great mashed, boiled, cut into similar sized pieces and microwaved with butter and salt and pepper. As you said, they have a yummy buttery flavor and a creamy texture.

Lipid Gold contains additional cholesterol and we haven't been able to find a reliable source for pure vegan cholesterol, which is why it is not vegan. The cholesterol is derived from lanolin. Lanolin comes from the oil on sheep's wool and is obtained cruelty-free.

The Gold skin is beautiful to be honest, but unfortunately we already had the color 5 which looks almost the same thing at first view. They could change that color 5 for something different and make the real Gold Skin exclusive.
i like the gold one more. its more rougher, more darker especially around the face. visceral even. the white silver arm bands just make the skin shine out even more. idk i feel its different enough as it is and not much can be done to change it. even the eye colour changes which i didnt notice before and is pretty cool!

I don't use this one all the time, but it's amazing when you want to look a little more 'refreshed' for special events or for when I'm a little tired! Makes your skin glow without irritation. I've tried using it on it's own, mixing it with serum and mixing it with moisturiser - all work well so use it how you wish! 1-2 drops is enough for face and neck.
I absolutely love this product! I have rosacea so my skin is prone to redness ansd irritation. This serum has been great in calming my skin and reducing the redness. My skin is soft, plumped and just radiant. Most products that I put on my skin usually give me instant redness and slight irritation, but not this one which I find quite impressive. I was a bit sceptical before trying it, but I can confirm it does what it is supposed to do. Great product ??
