Hi! What is the algorithm you use to check for dimerization? I could
not find a reference in the code. I am just curious. Thanks!

It's been a long time... My recollection is an exhaustive search.
Because the 3' end has to be a perfect match (and > 2 bases) for
dimers to occur, the number of possible combination is not big.
