Do you have node.exe and mongod.exe running?

Hi... Thanks for your response.

Yes... its running. Please see the image below

In task Manager--> Mongod.exe and Node.exe are the files running.

But When i Restart my machine .... an alert says that " Node.exe " wants to make some changes in the Hard drive " is displayed and i ignored it.

Restart the services and give them persmissions to run by clicking YES instead of ignore or no.

Hi Freddy,

Many Thanks.

Could you please make me clear , are the following things should i do so that i can avoid this error in future ?

1.. Start RedwoodHQ

When i start .... alert shows that Mongod.exe wants to make some changes in the hard drive ( But In taks manager ... Mongod.exe and node.exe are running ) :( ..... Realy confused

2. Start Agent Redwoord HQ

When i start agent .. I got Nodejs.exe alert twice ( as like the above alert ) and also the CNCViewer.exe alert ..... Due to the admin rights i need to ignore it otherwise.

Please let me know.

Thanks & Regards
Sridhar S

Yes, do not ignore any of these things. These processes need to run with admin privileges (Folks I'm I right in this?)

Either way, just try it then post the results here.

Freddy you are right. MongoDB does need to write to hard drive, otherwise it's useless. Without admin rights RedwoodHQ won't work on windows, no way around it.
