Great Endeavour to start this group sir.
As one who shares the vision of Dr Currimbhoy and your teachings
closest to my heart I am so happy that this initiative has been taken
and hope it grows from strength to strength. Let us look forward to
transforming it one day into a website with a national database of all
Primary Immmunedeficiency disorders. We could make a start by indexing
and profiling our current confirmed cases and ask others to join in.
I am also glad to inform the group that a study undertaken jointly by
myself and Dr Shanaz Khodaiji to develop normograms for Sr Ig Levels
and periheral blood lymphocyte profile by flow cytometry in a sample
size of close to 500, from cord blood to 5 yrs of age will shortly be
completed. Will be glad to post the advance results here for
discussion by the group as soon as data is analyzed.
