captcha image not visible

Hello

I can not make the captcha image visible. I have made the changes to
the sever in this post http://wiki.com.br/wiki/Troubleshooting but it
still not show.

1- Can I turn off captcha? how do I do this?

Did you restart tomcat?

Only with a registered user in your priki.

I am the admin, but I do not see how to turn off captcha. I am so sad I cannot make this wonderful wiki work.

Xvfb is running after call "Xvfb :1 -screen 0 1024x768x16" ?

if you open the url http://<your address to priki>/flood.jpg the image appear?

Do you check the "Base Path" variable in admininstration page?

When you do the log in, the captcha image isn't required.

Yes, and my auto-links work ok. But I can not register anyone else, because I need CAPTCHA image

My website admin says there is a problem running  Xvfb !  there are exceptions at the command promt as below: I am asking my server admins what to do?

Our server admin was not able to carry out the changes required to make the graphics package work. He also says this is not a good way to do things. Is there any way we can make registration work without using the captcha? we really want to use Priki-wiki but this problem is stopping us.
