Hello all,
We previously scheduled our next meeting for December, but due to a proposal that will likely affect the production of a new revision, it has been requested that we hold a meeting in November to discuss a design proposal to address a concern.
PRIF issue #145 documents a
PRIF integration challenge that is expected to cause LLVM Flang integration problems for EVENT, NOTIFY, LOCK and CRITICAL. As a result, a proposed update to the PRIF specification has been developed and the proposal will be discussed and voted upon in the next meeting. This new PRIF meeting has been scheduled for Friday, November 14 at 8 AM Pacific Time, for other time zones, see
World Time Buddy. If you are unable to attend this meeting, but are a PRIF Committee member that would like to vote by proxy on the proposal, please reach out so that we are able to send you the proposal ahead of the meeting. You may then review the proposal, choose a proxy, and inform them of your vote prior to the meeting.
If you have questions or if you do not have a meeting invitation and would like to attend, please email your inquiries to
krasm...@lbl.gov.
Regards,
