PRIF design proposals for vote this Thursday

Hi folks - 

At this Thursday's PRIF Committee meeting, I'll be presenting three separate formal design proposals for the PRIF specification, to address recently discovered issues in the PRIF interface. There's alot of material to cover within our short meeting slot, so it would be helpful if committee members could read ahead on the PRIF issue tracker:

1. issue 153: RFE: Allow caller to omit trailing ucobound when constructing a coarray descriptor
2. issue 156: Add prif_co_broadcast_cptr variant
3. issue 157: final_func argument to prif_allocate_coarray has a non-conforming interface

Asynchronous interaction through the issue tracker before the meeting is also welcomed.

I'm also happy to provide PDF copies of the above proposals upon request, for anyone unable to access the issue tracker.
