A new, powerful query service is available for querying PRIDE: The
PRIDE BioMart service. Links to this service and associated help
documentation are provided below.

BioMart allows you to create complex queries with a simple user
interface in which you can include multiple filter parameters. You
have control over the data fields included in the results and you can
specify the format of the output, with options such as:

* HTML table in your browser
* Comma separated or tab separated values
* Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
