PRIDE now supports the annotation of fragment ions on identified
peptides. To demonstrate this new functionality we have an example
mass spectrum and annotated peptide that can be viewed here:

http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/spectrumDetail.do?mzDataAccession=8126&spectrumId=4184

Click on the red "View Submitted Fragment Ions" button to annotate the
mass spectrum.

This new functionality has been developed in collaboration with Waters
Corporation: http://www.waters.com who have kindly provided the
example spectrum and annotated peptide identification.
