PRIDE now includes a new tool to allow you to compare the protein
identifications in separate experiments. This tool makes use of Venn
diagrams (for comparing 2 or 3 experiments) and a histogram to allow
the comparison of the protein identifications from a single experiment
with up to nine other experiments. This tool can be accessed by
performing a search using the existing tools. The 'Search Results:
Summary and Format Selection' now has additional columns that allow
you to select the experiments that you wish to compare. In the event
that you choose to compare more than three, you will be prompted to
choose one of these selected experiments as the 'base' experiment for
comparison.
