                        With reference to the subject above and the appended mail from Nagaon district, it is reported by them that one of their Block namely, Dolonghat is not being able to view the earlier transactions after changing the User name with prefix "PR-". 

Please suggest.

Dear sir,

One block of Nagaon district Dolongghat has entered 2012-2013 data in priyasoft. But after changing the username they are not able to see the previously entered data at all. Could you give any suggestion on this.

Sir,

    The PRI has entered the OB and only one payment voucher for the financial year 2012-2013. In the interface both are getting displayed.
