Dear Sir,

            I have attached a screenshot when I going to close PRISoft of SONAI AP for year 2011-12 for the month August. Earlier it was working fine.The OB is freezed and I also have reconcile previous month. Then also the problem remain. I can't solve it. Please take action against it.

     The specified PRI has already closed the books till 31-03-2012.But I think they are sending old screen shot where the month book closed is August.
