Dear Sir/Madam,

While preparing the BRS of AGVB Salbari Branch, Account no. 8561of Sarupeta GP of Bhawanipur Block under Barpeta District, a message is displayed "Please close the Month Book of August before reconciling the accounts" whereas the month book upto March '2012 has already been closed.The screen shot of the same is also attached herewith. Kindly resolve the same for us.
