Subject: PRIASoft Errors

1. Pub-Nagsankar ( Sootea Development Block ) – We have closed all the month books

and reconciled all the accounts of financial year 2011-12 but when closing yearly

book of account message throws ( Close March Month Book to close your Yearly

Book ). Screenshots attached.

2. Sonitpur Zilla Parishad – We have mapped the 4^th Assam State Finance Commission scheme but when we try to modify the Bank Account No. xxx 4172 the scheme is not showing in the list when we try to create an account for the scheme.

Please resolve.,

Dear Sir,

Pub-Nagsankar can now close the year book.

Regarding

4^th Assam State Finance Commission scheme not coming for mapping with account,the state admin has to bind this scheme with Object Heads at the receipt side as only those schemes are listed which are binded with Object heads at the Receipt side.
