                        With reference to the forwarded mail from DPMU Udalguri, this is to inform you that none of the users in Udalguri district are being able to access the PRIAsoft site with the credentials provided by you.

Please do the needful to reset the same as Udalguri DPMU is sitting idle for the last two months.

Dear Nupur,

We're unable to log in to the live server using the below user ids. This is the first time we're trying to log in since DPMU was set up two months back. I have the list of passwords for the below ids, however, I was unable to log in using them.

I request your kind self to do the needful.
